hayvip Terms and Conditions

hayvip ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online entertainment gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to accessing or using the platform.

hayvip may at any time request identity documents or other relevant documents from you for identity verification purposes. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You are advised to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into hayvip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be declined and returned to the sender.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hayvip offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is activated.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary for different games.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

All promotional offers from hayvip are for legitimate personal use only. If bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of fraud is detected, the account will be terminated and the bonus along with any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The hayvip VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and usage pattern on the platform. hayvip reserves the right to modify VIP terms or amend the program at any time.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

hayvip is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical reason, hayvip will make a decision in accordance with its existing policy. In some cases, the wagered amount may be refunded.

7.3 Betting Limits

Content from third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming or Ezugi — remains under their own intellectual property rights and hayvip only distributes them under a legitimate licence.
